You can now purchase the Digifit Connect and heart rate montor from FIT4LIFE! This device utilizes your iPhone or iPad to record and track your workouts. It also syncs with the structured workout program you receive after doing the Exercise Metabolic Assessment with FIT4LIFE. So when you workout, your iPhone or iPad will literally guide you through the workout. Upon completing your workout, it will wirelessly sync your data to the eNewLeaf software you also receive so that Beth can check up on your progress. Plus this device will track everything needed, from GPS, to pace, to heart rate zones and more. Check out the videos and contact Beth when you are ready to get started at (314)640-4088.
Digifit recently did an update. If your zones are not syncing correctly, go into the Digifit app → Health → Health Partners → New Leaf and Remove. Then go to Results and Sync. Then go back into Health → Health Partners → New Leaf and type in your information. (If you do not remember your username and password, give Beth a call at 314-640-4088 and she will reset it for you.) To be sure you have all of your information in the app again, be sure to sync it one more time through Results → Sync.
For other troubleshooting problems it can be very helpful to periodically turn off your iPhone or iPad for a minute or two.
